SchoolY9&Y10 Girls Football Tournament - 2022/2023
7 local schools braved the cold weather to compete against each other in the Y9 and 10 girls football tournament hosted by QEGS Horncastle.
Despite the cold, it was an exciting and competitive event, showcasing the high level of skill that is evident across all schools.
The QEGS team worked fantastically well together as a team, they worked hard to keep possession and went on the attack at every opportunity. QEGS came up against a strong Skegness Grammar school team in the final and came away in second place.
Well done to all of the girls that took part, you should be very proud of yourselves!
