Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School Horncastle

Our School

Equality of opportunity, tolerance and respect are at the heart of Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School.

The school is also one of the founding members of the Horncastle Education Trust and shares its vision:

We believe that every student whatever their background has the right to flourish, to achieve and to succeed and everything undertaken by Horncastle Education Trust should have this ambition at its heart.

We are proud to be a high-performing, co-educational Academy which specialises in science and modern foreign languages and is rated as ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted. There are around 830 pupils, 200 of which are six formers, aged 11-19 years old.
