Perfect start continues!

The Y10 football team kept up their 100% win record in the league by putting in an emphatic performance against KEVI Spilsby on Monday 29th Sept. 

Despite missing some key players, this didn’t stop the team in the slightest. QEGS were quick out the traps, playing some excellent free flowing football and were quickly 3-0 up thanks to goals from E. Bussey, F. Aspro and D. Olubanjo.

The goals continued to arrive and it was J. Turners bullet header from a perfect cross by E. Bussey which was the pick of the goals in the first half. It was also J. Turners debut for the school team, so it was a great moment for him!

7-0 at HT, the points were in the bag. QEGS naturally took their foot off the pedal, but still worked tirelessly and added two more goals in the second half. E. Bussey completed his hat trick and J. Wilcock converting a fantastic penalty. Final score 9-0 QEGS.
