Nik Hit Three!

Wednesday 10^th September 2025.

The Y10 football team kicked off their last league season with a dominant win over local rivals Banovallum. Despite having the majority of possession in the first half, the team couldn’t break the deadlock. This was down to a combination of wasted chances and brave defending.

Just before half term, QEGs managed to find the net, thanks to a well taken goal by N. Jacko.

Into the second half and the pattern of play continued with QEGS applying the pressure and Banovallum desperately protecting their goal. QEGS started to up the intensity and their persistence paid off adding another three goals through F. Westwood and two further goals by N. Jacko helping him complete his well-deserved hat trick. Final score QEGS 4-0 Banovallum.

Next up for the team is another home league match against JSTC on Wednesday 17th September.
