On Wed. 9th July, QEGS hosted the district boys rounders tournament for Y7 and 9. After the success of the Y8 and 10 boys rounders teams a couple of weeks ago, the Y7 and 9 teams were under pressure to deliver the same results. 

Both teams did not fail to disappoint, fantastic with the bat and in the  field, the teams swept side their opponents with ease, resulting in them both winning their respective tournaments.

This is a brilliant achievement as all four Year groups have become district rounders champions over the past couple of weeks. This shows how talented our students are at rounders, not only possessing excellent skill, but also having great tactical knowledge.
