Celebrating Sixth Form Life - Year 12 Visit to Christ’s College, University of Cambridge

On Monday 23rd June, a group of Year 12 students visited Christ’s College at the University of Cambridge as part of a day designed to support their aspirations and next steps in higher education.

The visit included informative sessions on why and how to apply to Cambridge, guidance on preparing a competitive application, and the importance of super-curricular activities. Students also had the opportunity to hear first-hand from current undergraduates about university life and the Cambridge student experience. A guided tour of Christ’s College and its impressive facilities concluded the visit.

Thanks to the generous support of the Parent Association, the visit was fully funded and free of charge for all students. Our students were outstanding representatives of the school and thoroughly enjoyed their time at the university. We wish them every success as they begin their journey towards university applications.
