Samba Workshop

On June 16^th Mrs Addis, Mr Watkins and Mrs Brown provided a series of samba workshops for all Year 7 students and some Year 9 students.  Students learnt about the popular Brazilian carnival music and worked together to produce a full samba composition with polyrhythms, solos and unison breaks.  It was great fun and the students' performances were highly successful.
