Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School Horncastle

On Thursday 13th December, we took U6th product designers and design engineers to the Science museum in London. The students had an amazing time  looking at materials and their application in past and present product. There was a heavy focus on engineering and new materials that will someday be used to create innovative, life changing products. Students were able to make links to their coursework and theory on how materials have been used in industry. We then made a quick pit stop at the lego store to look at some fascinating structures. All in all, it was a very fun and productive trip.
