Coastal & Wolds Leagues Netball Report

A great start to the Coastal & Wolds Leagues for both the year 7 & year 9 netball teams.

On a very blustery afternoon QEGS went to Banovallum for their first league fixture.

With only 7 players, due to illness, the year 9 team made a slow start, but were leading 8-6 at half time. The 2^nd half was much better as they adapted to the conditions & ended up winning 18-9.

The year 7 team, on the other hand, started really well leading 9-0 at half time. They continued to outplay Banovallum in every position & finished winning 17-0.
