Celebrating Sixth Form Life - Lincolnshire Schools Oxbridge Conference

Sixth form students recently had the opportunity to participate in the Lincolnshire Schools Oxbridge Conference. This event, tailored for our year 12 students, provided invaluable insight and guidance to help them make informed decisions about applying to Oxbridge universities.

Throughout the conference, students had the chance to attend various sessions covering a range of topics, including top tips for writing personal statements, preparing competitive applications, mastering the interview process, and transitioning to life at Oxbridge. These sessions were not only informative but also incredibly beneficial in enhancing students' interview skills.

We were privileged to have the outreach officers from both the University of Cambridge and the University of Oxford in attendance, offering their expertise and support to our students. Their presence and guidance added immense value to the conference, ensuring that our students received the best possible advice and encouragement.

Feedback from our students has been overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing appreciation for the invaluable experience gained from the conference. We are incredibly proud of their enthusiasm and determination as they embark on the remainder of their time in Sixth Form.
